Reformer pilates

On a reformer machine you will perform exercises for strength, mobility stability and posture. This class has a lower impact vibe with serene surroundings and a calm instructor
Strength

Strength

A strength focused workout designed to build muscle mass, increase overall strength, improve explosive power and develop proper lifting technique and movement quality. Using exercises like squats, deadlifts, presses, pulls and olympic lifts such as power cleans and snatches. Suitable for all levels and designed to train at your own pace and with your own weights.

PUSH YOUR LIMITS FORWARD

No dressing rooms

Come dressed in a flashing outfit and if it's cold don't forget to wear a coat.

Lockers

We have lockers to store all your belongings. The lockers are provided with a key.

SPD or not to SPD

Our bikes are equipped with normal shoe paddles as well as SPD systems. We don't rent out special shoes but they're recommended for a better experience.
